Amazing we will definitely be using this place as a regular place to stay when we go back to bali!

The room and bathroom floors were spacious, which was great. It was comfortable, and there were no cockroaches. There were some small ants and mosquitoes, but that was okay. The pool and garden were really beautiful. Water flowed over the pool from 10 a.m. They served breakfast that was pre-ordered in the morning, and it was very tasty and convenient. It was easy to just leave the used plates and cutlery on the table. It’s not far from the city, so you can walk or take a taxi. In the city, we went to Potentia Head Beach and the Coup D’état Beach Club. We also rented a taxi for the dinner and southern tour. I even spent a day just at the villa, and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly, and although the breakfast was brought a bit late in the morning, it was fine. Overall, it was a great value and a very satisfying pool villa, and I want to go again.

4 minutes on foot from Seminyak La Favela, many convenience stores nearby. The two-bedroom villa is cozy, the pool is clean, and overall there were no disappointments. Excellent value for the price.

We have stayed here many times, staff is lovely, nicely kept villas, clean pools, close to everything in Seminyak Main Street but still quiet. 🙂

The facilities were clean, suitable for friends to vacation together, and the price was reasonable. The kitchen equipment and utensils were fully equipped. They asked every day if cleaning was needed, which made my last three days in Bali a pleasant experience.

This villa has it all. Hospitality, peace, reliability. This villa cares ab u so much that they even have a v high quality speaker ready for u! With a wireless charger too 😍 had a very very amazing time here. Will remember moments i had here forever. If anyone ever thinking of going to la favela often, this is it. Its literally just in the next row and it has a shortcut to favela! Its a walking distance, but if ur alone and female, maybe consider to walk alone at night cus it can get very dark, quiet and dead at night in that area! But for the villa itself, u dont have to worry ab safety. Will definitely come here again!

I stay here for four nights. The villa is as per shown on the photos. Its clean and its quite serene. Have mart nearby and all gojek drivers easy to locate the villa. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Its also safe for solo traveller, i would recommend this villa for staying.

Nice Villa | We stayed here for 2 nights and it had everything you need with a short walk to restaurants and bars. We appreciated the pool in the heat and the fridge/water cooler. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath/shower and mirror were a bit dated with water damage but didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. Would stay again.

Exceptional | It’s the best! You can just go.

It was comfortable!! | Breakfast is brought to your room on time, based on what you decided to eat the day before! And it was delicious!! You can also do a floating breakfast on your own, which is the best! The pool is beautiful and gets even cuter at night! I was happy they had floating rings to lie on! It’s super spacious and clean! The mineral water was also available, so it was comfortable. The only downside was that the shower in the bath had difficulty getting hot water. Sometimes it would come out, but when it didn’t, it was really cold, haha!

Second Bali Trip | The accommodation is very clean and nice~! The swimming pool was great, and the air conditioning was excellent. Be careful, as the water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak….! Please note that the shower drains a bit slowly. I brought a water filter and used 1-2, and it was neat! The cost-performance ratio is very good~^^

Reasonable Price Friendly Staff | My 5-night stay in Seminyak, Bali was very comfortable. I could easily visit delicious restaurants on foot and comfortably call a Grab to go on tours. The friendly staff and the private, quiet relaxation space were enough to enjoy Bali. I would be willing to visit again.

Very nice stay | Great Villa with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Location near enough to eat street but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Next door to mini mart.

Quiet even though very busy outside

It’s a very cozy little villa in the heart of Seminyak. One block away from the Main Street of Jl Kayu Aya. I love the modern spacious living room and large pool to chill out. Also nice little gazebo in the garden. Which I often say and read. My villa was furthest from the street and very quiet at night. Bed is large, clean and comfortable as well. Staffs are real professional. Always nice and friendly.

The villas are massive, beds are super comfy (pillows too), drinking water is supplied, there is a full kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The pool is just as pictured and very private. This is the second time we have stayed at Bracha Villas, and we will be back again.

Great location, very comfortable and luxurious

Excellent location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. About 20 min walk to beach. Included dispenser of drinking water in the kitchen, not just a couple of little bottles. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location at night. Helpful staff and breakfast was great. Totally recommend. I had the 1 bed villa.

The pool, the size of our bedroom and the king size bed, the furnishings. Breakfast was included daily and was good. Villa was cleaned daily. The pool was excellent. I’d have a dip in the morning before breakfast, in the afternoon when returning from going out and before bed. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of places, lots of good eating places nearby and it got busy but it was quiet, we couldn’t hear a thing from our villa. The staff were very friendly and most accommodating and helpful. Pick up from the airport was included with our booking which was great because we got in to Denpasar at night and didn’t have to worry about finding a taxi to take us there. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign.

Beautiful private villas, we had a group of friends each with their own private one bedrooms. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The pools were the perfect temperature and beds super comfy! Highly recommend.
